Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy

Effective 2025

Introduction

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It includes:

  • Slavery
  • Servitude
  • Forced and compulsory labour
  • Human trafficking

All forms involve depriving a person's liberty for exploitation.

STACKSTUDIO DIGITAL LTD. adopts a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We are committed to:

  • Acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.
  • Implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to prevent slavery.
  • Transparency in our business and supply chains.

We will include specific prohibitions in contracts against:

  • Forced, compulsory or trafficked labour
  • Use of slaves or servitude
  • Exploitation of adults or children

This applies to all employees, directors, officers, agency workers, volunteers, interns, agents, contractors, consultants, and partners. This policy may be updated at any time and does not form part of any employment contract.

Responsibility for the policy

  • The Company — ensure compliance with legal and ethical obligations.
  • Senior Management — implement, monitor, audit and improve systems.
  • Line Managers — ensure employees understand and follow the policy.
  • All Employees — report concerns and avoid violations.

Suggestions or concerns should be directed to the Managing Director.

Compliance with the policy

  • All workers must read, understand and follow this policy.
  • Preventing, detecting and reporting modern slavery is everyone's responsibility.

Raise concerns if:

  • You suspect modern slavery may be occurring.
  • You witness treatment that could constitute modern slavery.
  • You're unsure about specific acts or supplier behaviour.

Report to your line manager, a company director, or use our Whistleblowing Policy if appropriate.

Support and protection

  • We encourage openness.
  • Whistleblowers acting in good faith will not face retaliation.
  • Retaliation includes dismissal, threats, or disciplinary action.

If you face retaliation, inform your line manager immediately. If unresolved, use the company's Grievance Procedure (see employee handbook).

Training and awareness

  • All new staff are trained on this policy during induction.
  • Our zero-tolerance stance must be communicated to all suppliers, contractors, and partners.
  • Policy reminders will be communicated as necessary.

Breaches of this policy

  • Employees may face disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.
  • We may terminate business relationships with third parties for violations.

Srinivas Annamaraju
